What we build, and why it matters below grade
Most of our work disappears once the building goes up. This is what’s holding it all together.
- Steel soldier pileDrilled and set below the excavation base, so the wall gets its strength from the ground beneath the dig.
- Timber laggingBoards placed between piles as the excavation goes down, holding the soil face.
- The neighbour's propertyThe whole point: their foundation, fence and driveway stay exactly where they are.
- Drilled caissonA concrete pier cast in a drilled shaft, sized to the load and the soil.
- Rebar cageBuilt on site and lowered into the shaft before the pour.
- Anchor boltsSet to template in the top of the caisson to receive a tower or structure base.

Shoring is designed for your excavation and we handle the paperwork that goes with it.
Drilling and install
Our crew and equipment drill, set piles and caissons, and place lagging as the dig goes down.
Haulage and handover
Spoil hauled, site left clean, and the hole ready for your foundation crew.
